Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on annual plans paid upfront. We also offer a 20% discount, paid annually, for all education institutions and nonprofit organizations.

What currency do you charge in?

All pricing is in USD.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee.

Will I be charged after my trial period?

Never. We don't collect your payment information when you begin your trial. At the end of your trial, if you want to continue you'll need to enter your payment details.

Can I cancel my account at anytime?

You sure can. If you find that Datashift isn't the best data management platform out there, simply cancel your account. If you've prepaid for one year we'll refund you your remaining unused months.

My trial expired, can I get more time?

Not a problem at all. Just send us an email and we'll restart your trial period.

Do I have to pay for more users?

No. Unlike most services we don't charge you more money because you have a larger team.

What types of data can I upload?

Currently, we accept .dat, .csv, and .txt data formats.

What types of real-time data connections can I make with Datashift?

Do you intergrate with any sensors or hardware?

Datashift can connect directly to Solinst LevelSender dataloggers. We are working hard to create more connections with popular data loggers and sensors.
